In the unusual circumstances created by COVID-19, we are fortunate to be able to operate as normal.

The health and wellbeing of our team, customers and community are our primary concern at this time. We are following British and Austrian government guidelines in every aspect of our working practices and processes. All of our studio team members are working remotely and are contactable through normal channels and now video calls..We have introduced stringent hygiene procedures in our workshop, where the safety of our craftspeople is being carefully protected.
