At LANSERRING, we use this finishing technique to personalise our handcrafted cabinetry to each project. Each stain is adapted to perfectly encapsulate the client’s taste and adds to the longevity of the spaces we craft.
The staining process has been mastered by our Austrian workshop artisans. The slightest variations in colour are picked up by our teams to ensure a perfectly matched kitchen with consistent tones is installed. Natural variations in wood grain can mean this is a delicate process that can take time to get right. Surface preparation is key to a clean application that leaves a beautifully smooth surface to create a luxurious kitchen worktop.
Staining can be used as a tool to make a bold design statement. For example, this deep emerald oak veneer in the Notting Hill Townhouse elegantly complements the textiles and marble palette in this sophisticated kitchen. The backsplashes showcase a beautiful white beauty marble, the green fragments of this stone harmoniously match the wood stain, and curtains to produce a satisfying palette. The bright white quartz creates a contrast to the green elements, balancing the kitchen as a whole. Push-to-open cabinetry provides an uninterrupted finish where grain lines are elongated to emphasise the scale of the cabinetry.
