At LANSERRING, we believe that bespoke craftsmanship deserves bespoke packaging. With this in mind, we have installed a state-of-the-art machine that allows us to create perfectly sized cardboard boxes for our products.
In the past, it has been standard practice that products are wrapped in bubble wrap, foam sheeting or similar materials, and then placed inside a cardboard box. However, with our new machine, we have eliminated the need for these additional materials. Our bespoke cardboard boxes securely hold and protect our products in place, completely eliminating the need for any plastic wraps or foam sheeting underneath. Through this innovative approach, we have calculated that we are saving an impressive 15,000m² of plastic foam sheeting/bubble wrap per year. We are proud to have made this significant impact on the environment and are committed to doing our part in creating a more sustainable future.
In addition, our bespoke packaging is 100% recyclable, further reducing our environmental footprint. We also reuse any off cuts as packers and other similar materials in-house, ensuring nothing goes to waste. And for the rest of the waste, we have established a recycling program to ensure that it is properly processed.
