Established in 1923 by Johann Radaschitz I, our family workshop is at the heart of what we do. Today, the company is still owned and run by his great-grandsons, master craftsmen Bernd and Johann.
Bernd is the CEO and the driving force behind the brand, overseeing our studios in both London and New York. He is dedicated to expanding our unique offerings to an international clientele while ensuring that the core values of our company culture are woven into new markets.
Johann leads the Riegersburg workshop with its many skilled craftsmen. Under his leadership, the family business has become an epicentre of excellence in artisanship and making them a global authority in luxury millwork.

Every project is a handmade story, though starting points vary. Some clients work with our in-house design team, while others bring us on to implement existing designs, as a manufacturer for their bespoke projects.
Whether design-led or production-led, both approaches are guided by our Unity of Craft and commitment to the highest quality workmanship. We work directly with clients, architects, interior designers, representatives, and main builders. We like to team with those who seek excellence in both process and result.

As a family-run business and craftsmen, sustainability is at the heart of our thinking and planning. On the roof of our Riegersburg Workshop, solar panels generate more energy than we consume during the summer, with excess energy stored for use in the winter. This is complemented by the briquettes made from manufacturing waste, which help power our boilers, reducing our carbon footprint year-round. Inside the workshop, we prioritize natural materials, including FSC-certified sustainable timber, marble quarried to order, recycled brass, and low-VOC paints made from natural ingredients.
