The Peninsula
A Collaborative Masterpiece with Goddard & Studio.
We are thrilled to have collaborated with Goddard & Studio on the stunning Peninsula project in West London, where craftsmanship and bespoke design seamlessly blend to create a luxurious and functional living space.
In the reception area, we were tasked with bringing the client’s art collection to the forefront, creating custom joinery that would both showcase and enhance these large pieces.
The artwork panels we built are framed with a radius oak structure, designed to support and display the client’s artwork with elegance. The panels feature a chalky plaster inset and a hidden art rail, allowing for an unobtrusive yet sophisticated display. These panels also serve to create a recessed bar, accentuated with a slumped mirror back that adds depth and reflection to the space.
Every detail of these panels reflects our commitment to precision craftsmanship, ensuring they complement the overall aesthetic while offering functional artistry.
In addition to the artwork panels, we crafted a bespoke TV unit and bookcase, each featuring intricate metal mesh details and limed oak finishes.
In the bedroom, we crafted a custom bed frame and headboard, incorporating subtle petrol blue accents to create a tranquil and harmonious ambiance.
The attention to detail is further evident in the carefully chosen linear weaves and wefts used for the wallpaper and carpet, maintaining consistency and continuity throughout the design, as envisioned by Goddard & Studio. The bespoke bedside tables, patinated in deep blue metal, add a touch of refinement and further complement the tranquil, luxurious space.
In the study, our craftsmanship extended to a hidden Murphy bed, seamlessly folding down when needed, and a sleek TV unit that complements the overall aesthetic of the room.
